Refund/Return Policy

All refunds, returns, exchanges for artwork, jewelry, and handmade goods must be communicated to Jewels By Martha at martha@jewelsbym.com within Sixty (60) days from date of purchase. We want you to be happy with your purchase and we will strive to make it so. If you have problems with a piece due to workmanship, please notify me immediately at the email above. A photo would be most helpful. We will make arrangements for a repair.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please communicate with us the reason why and we will authorize a full refund upon receipt by Jewels by M. Shipping cost will not be refundable.

Shipping Policy

Before shipping, each piece is inspected, cleaned and specially packages with a handy jewelry cleaning cloth to remove future tarnish. The cloth will come in handy for all your jewelry and should not be washed as it will remove essential oils.
