Complaints/Comments/Concerns

Any complaints (comments/concerns) about items may be sent to martha@jewelsbym.com. There is no guarantee of a resolution, but again, I'll do my best to see that you are happy with your purchase.

Custom Orders

If you are looking to buy a custom made item, contact me at martha@jewelsbymartha.com and we can chat about what you're looking for, if we feel we can fulfill your request and the time frame for which it can be completed.  I you wish a necklace be shortened or a clasp added or changed, please make a note in the appropriate part when checking out at no additional cost.  To make any further alterations to a piece, communicate through an email noting the desired change in detail and please reference the order number.  If it is to lengthen a piece, this will take much more thought, time and planning.  It may also delay shipping of the piece and a rate change which will be discussed.
